Process for custom work: I work up a design. When we agree on the price and basic design, you pay half the cost up front. When the piece is finished, I will photograph the piece and email it to you. When you approve, I will find the best shipping option, tell you the price to ship. You pay me the second half of the cost of the piece, plus shipping charges and I will ship the piece to you. I always will insure the piece, so you must check for damage upon receipt. If there are any special installation instructions, I will include them in the package. From then on, you can start enjoying your beautiful custom glass piece! |
